Flood: We Are Queenslander (Jan. 13 , 2011)

Deadly floods fail to break Brisbane (ABC News, Jan 13, 2011)

An emotional Queensland Premier Anna Bligh fought back tears this morning as she appealed to Queenslanders not to lose hope in the face of the heartbreaking crisis.
"I want us to remember who we are," she said.  "We are Queenslanders. We're the people that they breed tough north of the border. We're the ones that they knock down and we get up again."
